Coordinates and executes projects for manufacture, upgrade, improve and/or transfer automatic testing equipment of electronic products at final product level and at PWB level. Designs, proposes and/or implements new systems that require knowledge of continuous improvement techniques applied to the testing operation. Assigns tasks and supervises specialized personnel to facilitate continuous workflow as well as successful completion of projects. Recommend appropriate development plans for electronics technicians. Develops, modifies and maintains standard operation procedures and related documents of test engineering.
