• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruiting lifecycle for various roles, particularly senior software engineering positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with technical leads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve recruiting processes, leveraging ATS automation and ensuring efficient and streamlined hiring practices.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in software engineering, to remain competitive in attracting top talent.
