Overview

Senior Technical Manager, IAM Agentic AI Compliance is a key role in supporting IAM globally and driving adherence to our AI identity controls. The role bridges emerging enterprise AI technologies with identity governance, access management, processes and metrics, and builds partnerships across IAM, Global Security and AI technology owners to maintain our AI governance model. I AM is pivotal in the evolution of Agentic AI and will be a foundation for RBC’s ability to scale secure, intelligent identity governance in an increasingly complex threat landscape. The role will help embed IAM AI identity controls into RBC’s AI and agentic landscape and enable reporting on compliance with identity controls and IT risk policies and standards, demonstrating EIAM risk posture through data-driven analysis and actionable metrics.
