The Sr. Supply Chain Representative – Order Management reports directly to the Retail Accounts Supervisor. This position is responsible for interacting with assigned accounts, evaluating orders, assigning priorities, reporting monthly metrics, managing return authorizations and credits, obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, collecting and reporting point‑of‑sale information to sales and marketing, and collaborating with the manager on system and account management improvements. This individual communicates and coordinates daily with internal departments such as sales, forecasting, logistics, distribution, allocation, accounts receivable, and others. Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrated critical thinking capabilities, and the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple assignments.
