Sr. Solutions Architect

The customer requires a Data Protection Services (DPS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) expertise to assess and optimize their backup environment.

The engagement will focus on:

• Reviewing the existing data protection architecture.
• Aligning configurations with Dell and industry best practices.
• Enabling operational readiness of the customer's operations team.
• Providing targeted knowledge transfer.
• Developing operational runbooks to enable independent management and support of the solution.
