Position Summary
The Sr. Sales Development & Inside Sales Representative will help develop business by generating leads through marketing and their own efforts and teaming with field counterparts on a territory strategy. The role allows hands‑on experience managing complex sales processes and supporting cycles from lead development to close for enterprise clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients by following up on marketing leads or conducting outreach campaigns.
- Set appointments with prospects.
- Handle inbound inquiries.
- Collaborate with field account executives to meet and exceed quota.
- Achieve quota of highly qualified leads per month and convert them to opportunities.
