Sales Long Tail Expansion focuses on revenue growth within Uber Freight Mexico’s existing customer base through cross‑selling, expansion selling, churn recovery, and development of medium‑sized accounts with high growth potential across Customs, CrossBorder, Intermodal, LTL, Pooling and Intra‑Mexico services.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth within assigned book of business through expansion selling and cross‑selling initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing customers including new BTCs, divisions, plants, ports of entry, and transportation modes.
- Execute Long Tail strategy focused on increasing wallet share and reducing customer churn.
- Analyze customer trends including YoY growth/decrease, inactivity, modal opportunities and operational gaps.
- Develop and execute strategic account expansion plans for top assigned accounts.
