• Project Management: Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives that transform manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate direction and generating a positive impact on results.
• Strategy Formulation & Alignment: Co‑lead the development of 3‑to‑5 year Americas manufacturing strategies by integrating insights from operations, finance, technology, supply chain, and global teams.
