Position Summary

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for AI to play a critical role in how Genesys brings its AI-powered platform innovation to market. This is a career-defining opportunity to sit at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and customer engagement, helping to shape the way organizations adopt and gain value from the next generation of AI.

As PMM for AI, you’ll be at the center of a fast-moving, strategic space , working closely with senior leaders across product, sales, marketing, and customer success. You’ll have the chance to:
