Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll across multiple countries.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of payroll processes, tax payments, and related.
• Support HR teams and employees by resolving payroll-related inquiries with strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
• Manage payroll vendors, review payrolls, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Support audits and contribute to global expansion projects such as acquisitions or new country setups.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and maintain detailed documentation and procedural guidelines.
• Manage country portfolio for payroll and benefit administration operationally.
• Ensure monthly labor reporting is accurate and supports results through the reconciliation process.
