Description

The Senior O2C Specialist will perform, manage and oversee the end-to-end O2C cycle, ensuring process efficiency, compliance, and timely collections. This role involves mentoring junior team members, handling complex disputes, and driving process improvements to support business growth and working capital optimization.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities 

• Lead, manage and perform O2C operations: order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.

• Perform Manual correction of billing in the system. Perform manual billing as per request of customer service. Issue manual credit notes

• Previous additional knowledge/experience in

  Accounts Payable and accounting principles is preferred

• Perform manual revenue recognition, ensure accuracy of automatic revenue recognition batch jobs.
