This position will be responsible for the improvement and sustaining of the existing manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, sheet metal stamping, plastic molding, heat treat, and assembly. It will also support new product introductions (NPI) by designing and implementing new manufacturing processes to improve quality and productivity. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, analytical skills, talent to identify opportunities beyond those already identified, is self‑motivated, can control several projects at the same time, works well under pressure, commits to delivering projects on time, and has hands‑on engineering skills.
