HRBP#### Brasil - São Paulo/SP - HibridoKey Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to business areas, supporting leaders in people management Lead and develop the HRBP team Drive key HR processes (talent review, performance management, organizational structure) Ensure strong alignment between COEs and business stakeholders Contribute to regional (LATAM) transformation projects Actively participate in the leadership team, bringing strategic perspectiveRequirements: Solid experience as an HR Business Partner, leading HR topics across both business and industrial environments Fluent English and advanced Spanish Ability to operate in dynamic and transformation-driven environments Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Regional experience is a plus
