Job Purpose

The Sr. Financial Analyst will support LatAm Region by analyzing results, preparing reports, and providing insightful explanations for Actuals, Forecasts and Plan deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and analyze the LatAm Actual/Plan/FC cycle.
• Develop and maintain reports for client PL's.
• Review LOB and FTEs for LatAm.
• Insure key deliverables are completed on a timely basis.
• Utilize software tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and other databases to compile, manipulate, and format data.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Partner with in country Finance Leads.
• Support ad hoc requests for LatAm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analytics and forecasting.
• Advanced excel skills
