Qualifications

• 8+ years in data: Hands‑on experience across Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or hybrid technical‑BA roles with a proven track record of delivering complex data programs end‑to‑end, not just supporting them.
• Data migration experience: Direct involvement in at least one significant on‑prem to cloud migration (e.g., on‑prem SQL/Hadoop to Azure/Databricks); understands the real‑world complexity of moving data at scale.
• Data modelling: Able to read, produce, and critique logical and physical data models; strong attention to detail with schemas, naming conventions, and data contracts.
• Requirements gathering: Experienced in structured elicitation — workshops, interviews, documentation — with a track record of turning ambiguous inputs into clear, testable requirements.
