About the Role

As part of the Record to Report (R2R) team within the LATAM Shared Service Center, you will play a key role in validating, controlling, and analyzing financial information. Your work will help to identify deviations, uncover areas for improvement, and ensure reliable decision‑making by key stakeholders. This role requires a strong focus on internal control compliance and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely month‑end and year‑end financial reporting.
• Analyze various P&L lines, including functional expenses, foreign exchange differences, and other income and expenses, while maintaining continuous communication with key stakeholders such as Local Finance (BP&A, Sales & Marketing Finance), Product Costing, and other relevant areas.
• Participate in internal and external audit processes.
• Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
