Responsibilities

In this position you will play a vital role by supporting the administration of the LAC iExpense/Corporate Credit Card programs and processing Accounts Payable invoice payments. You will align audit requirements with internal policies, uphold controls over travel spend, and serve as the SME for iExpense in LAC. The role supports multiple entities and enhances the A/P function.

Financial Accounting

1. Record and analyze expenses to properly account for invoices in OLAC entities, including certain Accounts Payable activities.
2. Administer Corporate Credit Card programs and gather expense reports for submission into iExpense.
3. Manage bank relationships to obtain credit card activity extractions and issue new cards.
4. Analyze monthly Balance Sheet and Income Statement fluctuations to support financial reviews, primarily for Peru.
