Position Details
**Primary Directive**:
Provides specialized administrative support to employees and line managers. Responds to complex inquiries from employees across the enterprise. Administers and executes certain HR programs. Collects and analyzes data to support HR activities. Processes complex data requests. Coordinates with Tier I & II to provide escalation support.
**The Analyst HRSSC Talent Acquisition main tasks/ responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Validate reimbursement payments.
- Audit processes.
- Reports and analysis.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Business or a related field required
- 3 years of working experience in an HR Service Center.
- Mandatory - High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams in English. Other languages such as French, and Portuguese are desirable.
