Job Summary

In this role, the specialist contributes to the full systems engineering lifecycle by developing scalable, high-quality solutions for customer premises equipment (CPE) activation. Responsibilities include assisting in the design, deployment, and upkeep of carrier‑grade provisioning systems, operations applications, and the databases and operating systems that support them. Furthermore, the individual acts as the Application Administrator for the operations, provisioning, and CPE activation platforms that underpin the infrastructure for all of Breezeline and Cogeco. Overseeing the regional provisioning landscape, the Provisioning Engineer manages, maintains, and continuously monitors HSD provisioning systems, including associated PON and HSD service platforms.
