Monitor and report quality KPIs for internal (factory) and external (customer) stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement to benefit customer, CLS and supplier.Develop and maintain internal quality system, procedures, work instructions and workmanship standards.Lead process/product/system/supplier audits and follow up on improvement actions (including ISO, compliance, safety audits).
