Specialist - IT Product Support
We are seeking a Specialist - IT Product Support to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Assist Project Managers and Technical Leads in the planning, implementation and ongoing support of Legal and Privacy related applicationsIdentify and document business and technical requirements; ensure that resulting implementation plans match expectationsPartner with stakeholders to develop test scripts and define success criteria for user acceptance testingCreate and maintain product related documentation and standards; assist in the onboarding of new applicationsConduct research to identify new or existing tools to satisfy stakeholder needs/requirementsMonitor and manage support tickets that are logged ...
