**Job Description**:
Lead visual quality and refinement of component to component integration through working with execution requirements at early stages in the Global Vehicle Development Process to ensure solutions that meet high quality visual design integration. Build and maintain positive relationships within design studios, color and trim, engineering, program management and external suppliers.
Ensure that design quality execution requirements are integrated into criteria, typical, design execution sections to support initial design release math fidelity. Lead issue resolution reviews and escalate when resolution is not resolved in a timely manner. Translate solutions into 2D and 3D to demonstrate visual requirements.
