We will count on you to - Act as first line product support for the Planning and Reporting Applications and the Salary Planning Capture System (SPCS)
- Review and triage support items for other applications used by Marsh FP&A
- Monitor the Ticket Log, ensuring all incidents and requests are addressed within assigned SLA
- Prepare monthly ticketing reporting, identifying repetitious issues
- Deliver the daily, monthly and quarterly support activities such as data copies, month end close, forecast close
