What you will do:

• Managing a Customer Accounts Receivable (AR) portfolio, executing company collections & credit policies according to Customer Segmentation, proactive direct interactions with Customers by phone or mail, sending statement of accounts, dunning communications, and restriction notices, monitoring promise to pay and payment plans, etc., to ensure timely payment of all open AR.
• Using specific Collections tools available as the main support for Collections activities and proposing/exploring potential new functionalities to enhance and robust process.
• Participating in weekly debt reviews and additional sessions as required to discuss collections strategies.
