What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)

• Consultative Sales: Help users navigate the online storefront. You will follow a scripted framework to uncover customer desires, compare devices, and successfully close the sale.
• E-commerce Service: Provide top-tier after-sales support. You will manage logistic and shipping scenarios, taking charge when packages are delayed or when a customer needs to cancel or return an order.
