Main Purpose

• Coordinate the activities of the Crop Protection Squad in Southern Cone to deliver the integrated value proposition to customers, accelerate business growth and train the customer facing teams.
• Support the definition of a near‑term (3‑year) customer value plans for crop protection assets, including pricing, portfolio development, and LCM to deliver annual budget aligned with long‑range plan.
• Deliver a 10‑year view for project valuation and production needs. Support the definition of the right product portfolio and positioning as key enablers for business value maximization across branded and licensed business.
• Ensure countries to achieve expected results (KPI) for key brands by strong collaboration and alignment with Crop Leads and Customer Marketing team on actions and tools.
