As a Sous Chef you will focus on leading our kitchen's daily operations, upholding standards, and guiding our kitchen team towards operational and creative excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
- Oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Enforce culinary standards across every dish, ensuring consistency with our reputation for excellence.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
- Play an active role in culinary research and development, contributing innovative ideas for new dishes and menu evolution.
- Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef to fine-tune recipes and techniques.
CULTURE & TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Lead and support the team of Chef de Parties, Prep Cooks and Dishwashers, ensuring effective role execution.
