Sous Chef We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to support and elevate food and beverage operations at the Valhalla Hotel & Conference Centre in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in their absence, trains staff, leads the kitchen team, and leads daily kitchen operations. They collaborate with the team to execute the hotel’s culinary vision and ensure high-quality food, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
The role is hands-on, requires familiarity with all kitchen equipment, and involves stepping in on tasks as needed while leading and guiding the team.
