To respond to the priorities of the Government of Ontario through the passage of the Bill 5, Protect Ontario by Unleashing Our Economy Act 2025, the resource may be partially assigned to Bill 5 related projects or initiatives on an as needed basis.

Major Responsibilities Leads the analysis, documentation, and modernization of legacy system architectures, with a strong focus on understanding and mapping existing data flows, integrations, and dependencies, particularly Informatica ETL processes.

Develops comprehensive architectural documentation (current-state and future-state), including system context diagrams, data architectures, integration patterns, and technical specifications.

Provides expert-level analysis of ETL processes (especially Informatica), identifying data lineage, transformation logic, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization, simplification, or modernization.
