Job Purpose:  

Highly certified architect with deep cross-vendor domain knowledge, able to work externally with partners, vendors and end customers to develop complex and bespoke technology solutions

Responsibilities:

• Helps define appropriate multi-technology solutions to meet customer needs by engaging with end users and resellers

• Responsible for project management of internal and external (vendor and partner) resources in delivering complex, multi vendor technical solutions to end users

• Some support of internal and external sales teams to deliver technical quotes in line with defined service level agreements (SLA’s)
