About the Role

Solutions Architects collaborate with internal teams to craft and implement enterprise-level solutions for TransPerfect’s international portfolio of clients using the GlobalLink suite of products. They act as the clients’ main point of contact, working closely with Solutions Engineers and Developers on all aspects of implementation.

Responsibilities

• Work in conjunction with the Solutions Engineering team to gather and analyze configuration requirements from clients
• Draft project plans containing the implementation details and timelines, including risk analysis
