As a Solution Engineer at Systematic, you will be the trusted technical expert that Finnish and Baltic defence customers rely on – from first installation through to on‑site support in the field.

The job

You will work hands‑on with armed forces customers in Finland and the Baltics throughout the full lifecycle of our SitaWare command‑and‑control software. That means configuring and installing it in operational environments, troubleshooting complex issues in the field, and training the administrators and end‑users who depend on it. Much of your work happens on‑site at customer garrisons and military exercises, where you build the kind of long‑term relationships that come from being the person who makes things work when it matters.
