Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate a variety of design-thinking activities and collaborative sessions to understand the infrastructure requirements needed to host the BMC Helix ITSM Solution.
• Plan and execute research to understand expectations, behaviors and needs to inform design decisions.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, service design blueprints, information architecture diagrams and other design artefacts as suits the needs of the migration project or migration team.
• Collaborate with and advise the product and infrastructure teams on architectural design.

• Experience and skills on upgrading applications to Cloud or SaaS environments are especially desired.
