Overview

Our Legal Department is seeking Solicitors with expertise in Personal Injury and Insurance Litigation to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Represent TTC and its employees before various Ontario Courts and tribunals, including the Licence Appeal Tribunal of Ontario.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance and legal opinions on a variety of legal matters.
• Present cases to opposing counsel fairly and knowledgeably to reach reasonable settlements for TTC and related stakeholders.
• Advocate vigorously and professionally before judges, juries, arbitrators, and mediators when settlements cannot be achieved.
• Participate in the TTC Customer Service Ambassador Program.
