• Ensure overall customer satisfaction to promote renewals, navigating complex licensing scenarios.
• Handle inbound product inquiries, providing web demos, quotes, and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Work with prospective end-clients to ensure they understand the product's value proposition, often by asking the right questions.
• Deliver sales presentations and web demos.
• Provide quotes and invoices, and follow up on them.
• Manage licenses for renewals and trials: proactively monitor churn, contact customers at risk before renewal, and track cancellations.
• Advocate the product and services to existing and prospective customers.
