E-PIC is Elsevier’s flagship product for librarians and administrators, designed to support our customers in making informed decisions to evaluate and enhance research outcomes. Last year, we saw a record number of customers accessing E-PIC, and we are excited about our upcoming initiatives aimed at further elevating the customer experience.

Our engineering team is granted autonomy and full ownership of product features, fostering a cross-disciplinary environment that includes expertise in design, development, quality assurance, and cloud infrastructure. The team embraces Agile methodologies, a DevOps culture, and Continuous Delivery practices. The E-PIC squad continuously explores innovative ideas with a mindset that encourages experimentation and learning, operating under a 'You build it, you run it' philosophy.
