• Supporting onboarding, configuration, and validation so teams can confidently own their AI solutions.
• Acting as the bridge between central AI platforms and real‑world engineering usage.
• Supporting the internal Agent Builder Certificate Program, including designing course materials and delivering training to scale AI skills across PDTE.
