As the Social Worker, you’ll serve as a part of the multidisciplinary care team, advocating for residents and assessing their psychosocial needs to enhance their well-being.  About The Role   *This is a part time position at 30 hours per week     Your comprehensive role will be integral to addressing the psychosocial needs of residents, ensuring their well-being, and fostering a supportive environment.  You'll assume multifaceted responsibilities encompassing both team and program leadership, as well as a vital role in health and safety oversight.
