Creation & support of Surface Mount Technology Programming to ensure accuracy of SMT machinery

Complete documentation of production processes (procedures, work instructions, mapping) to create flow and understanding

Drive product & process quality through root cause analysis and the immediate implementation of corrective actions

Understand & apply IPC Standards to all areas of production

Facilitate and support project implementation through cross functional teams
