About the Role
We're hiring a Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona, from June 1st 2026. No experience needed — full training provided. You'll be the first point of contact for Slovenian-speaking customers, resolving queries and delivering great service via phone, email, and chat.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries in Slovenian across phone, email, and live chat
- Provide product and service information and resolve issues efficiently
- Log interactions in the CRM and meet quality and satisfaction targets
What We're Looking For
- Native or near-native Slovenian (essential)
- Good English (working language of the office)
- No experience required — we train you from day one
- Strong communicator with a positive, customer-first attitude
- Eligible to work in Spain
