Job Details This role focuses on driving revenue for Slack in the Enterprise and Commercial segments. The successful candidate will create, navigate, and close opportunities while ensuring customer success with Slack.
Responsibilities - Drive ACV within the Enterprise and Commercial segments by creating, navigating, and closing opportunities, and making our customers successful with Slack.
- Provide recommendations based on discovery of a customer’s business needs.
- Lead multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Slack buying cycle.
- Drive revenue through execution of consistent processes and use of sales tools.
- Balance inbound customer communication and advance appropriately.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas.
