The Purchasing Professional will be responsible for managing the purchase orders by planning material requirements utilizing the updated system as well as executing any required plans. They are also responsible for performing follow-ups on purchasing orders sent to external suppliers.



**General Responsibilities**

+ Key participant in the maintenance of updated purchase records
+ Collaborates on making purchases of urgent materials and/or transportation service for materials or products inside the city or to other locations
+ Key participant in the tracking and recording of functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
+ Collaborates interviews of sales representatives and researches companies to develop new sources of supplies and secure favorable terms for the company
**Experience / Qualifications**

+ A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
