Insight Global is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join one of our software-as-a-service clients on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Support cloud operations across Production, Customer Sales, and Professional Services environments, focusing on reliability and performance.
Assist in defining and tracking SLIs/SLOs and participate in incident response activities.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of monitoring dashboards and alerts.
Support managed and self-hosted databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
Perform routine DBA tasks including backups, restores, integrity checks, and performance troubleshooting.
Contribute to automation for provisioning, patching, and deployments using IaC and scripting.
