Job Description Reporting to the Regional Director, the Site Manager is responsible for coordinating site activities, managing teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of operations related to the purchasing, transportation, and processing of materials. He or she contributes to achieving performance objectives while maintaining a safe work environment and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Be actively present on the shop floor with employees.

Supervise, coach, and motivate the team; conduct performance evaluations and foster a collaborative work environment.

Monitor staff performance, prepare analytical reports, and provide appropriate support and coaching.
