Working on projects in North Wales, you’ll be joining a really experienced and professional SME Contractor, with long-lasting relationships and secured work in a busy order-book

They are looking for a Site Manager to join the team. You’ll be from a main contracting background, and have experience working onmercial build projects, and (ideally) also new build housing

You’ll have experience of working on projects up to £5m, and be able to run sites autonomously, and be a hands-on Site Manager. You’ll be proficient working with programmes of work, managing subcontractors, producing RAMS, managing H&S, dealing with key stakeholders and be fully IT literate
