About the team: 


In this key role, you will lead the local HR department, ensure compliance with labor regulations, foster constructive social relations, and drive HR initiatives in alignment with ZF’s global strategy. As part of the plant management team in Bouzonville you will drive future’s strategy for Automation and Digitalization. 

What you can look forward to as Manager Human Ressources (m/f/d):

  • Developing and implementing HR policies in line with the Group's strategy

  • Managing the HR department and coordinating HR activities and projects

  • Facilitating social relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws

  • Providing advice to operational staff and managing interactions with the group and external parties

  • Monitoring HR indicators and maintaining a constructive social climate
