Key Responsibilities
- Support daily site operations.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
- Manage POs, goods receipts, local suppliers, material inventory, and logistics records.
- Support on-site procurement, control of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
- Handle site administrative routines, including but not limited to invoice monitoring, fuel control, subcontractors / employees’ timesheet and other facilities control.
- Support spares and consumables coordination to ensure material availability.
Job Requirements
- Safety mindset.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
- Good communication.
- SAP knowledge.
- Advanced MS Excel.
- Experience in energy or construction sectors.
- Work allocated on-site
