Insight Global is seeking a polished and highly organized Office & Showroom Administrator to support a premier design-focused showroom environment in Toronto. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a high-end showroom environment while delivering a best-in-class guest experience. On a daily basis, they will ensure the design studio is consistently organized, presentation-ready, and aligned with brand standards by conducting walkthroughs, resetting meeting spaces, and managing overall cleanliness and ambiance. They will act as the first point of contact for all guests, providing a warm, professional welcome, coordinating arrivals with internal stakeholders, and supporting hospitality needs including refreshments during meetings and events.
