Responsible to manage all the inbound, outbound shipment and coordinate with logistics team to full fill production orders and meet customer demand in a timely manner. Independence and quick thinking of decision making.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Work closely with Planner or Customer Advocate to prepare the shipment according to ship plan. Coordinate and work closely with 3PL Logistics team to identify goods assigned based on inventory available. Generate Delivery Note, Commercial Invoice and Packing List and other shipping related documents. Understand shipping instruction given for each order request in system. Coordinates for cargo pick up arrangement with various or selected freight carrier/forwarders based on the incoterm and keep track shipments movement.
