- Process bank traces, chargebacks, and reversals using various third‑party interfaces.
- Investigate discrepancies and issue adjustments.
- Assist in month‑end activities that include the preparation and delivery of statements, billing, and accounting entries.
- Safeguard the interests of the company by complying with Payment Card Industry (PCI) and Interac regulations.
- Follow established work priorities, ensuring that deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
